Medical Device Territory Sales Manager – South West England & Wales

About the role

This field‑based position manages a specialist medical‑device portfolio across South West England and Wales. Reporting to a national commercial leader, you will own the territory, build relationships with multidisciplinary clinical teams and drive growth of access devices used in interventional oncology and supportive cancer care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve sales targets.
• Manage key accounts across hospitals and community settings, engaging clinicians in oncology, interventional radiology, respiratory medicine, thoracic surgery and palliative care.
• Lead product evaluations, clinical trials and in‑service training in partnership with internal clinical and marketing teams.
• Deliver education sessions and support clinicians in the adoption of minimally invasive solutions.
• Maintain commercial discipline while ensuring patient‑focused clinical conversations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical‑device territory sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder accounts across hospital and community environments.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a field‑based role.
• Relevant therapeutic knowledge (e.g., interventional radiology, vascular access, oncology devices).
