About the role
This full‑time Mental Health Assistant position supports children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs within a specialist educational setting in Oxford. It is ideal for psychology graduates seeking hands‑on experience in autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges while working alongside experienced staff.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to students.
- Promote emotional regulation and confidence.
- Assist with behaviour and communication strategies.
- Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
