Merchandiser – Omni‑Channel Management

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing multi‑brand lifestyle business that operates across retail, e‑commerce and wholesale. The company is investing in its merchandising capability and needs an experienced Merchandiser to shape strategy, improve performance and support the next stage of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead merchandising strategy across retail, e‑commerce and wholesale channels.
• Own stock forecasting, inventory planning and stock cover to maximise availability while controlling investment.
• Develop and manage markdown strategies that protect margin and optimise stock productivity.
• Build channel‑specific trading strategies to drive growth across all customer touchpoints.
• Maintain merchandising systems, planning tools and reporting frameworks, driving continuous improvement.
• Act as the central link between Supply Chain and commercial teams, ensuring alignment throughout the trading cycle.
• Analyse sales and stock data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Partner with Buying and Commercial teams on range planning, forecasting and seasonal decisions.
• Produce insightful reports and recommendations for strategic decision‑making.
• Champion merchandising excellence and embed robust planning processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in merchandising within a multi‑channel environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence cross‑functional teams.
