Meta Ads Manager (Lead Generation)

About the role

A fast-growing UK-based performance marketing agency, part of a larger media group focused on lead generation and creative strategy, is looking for a specialist Meta Ads Manager. The role drives high-quality leads for clients in the renewable energy sector through data-driven optimisation and scaling, and offers a direct path to Head of Paid Media for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, from setup to scaling
• Monitor account performance daily and adjust campaign structures, bidding and targeting proactively
• Build, test and optimise high-converting landing pages and lead funnels
• Manage conversion tracking, including Pixel, Conversion API and UTM tracking
• Run A/B tests on creatives, headlines and landing page elements
• Manage client accounts independently and present performance reports
• Collaborate with creative and account management teams
• Integrate lead flow between Meta Ads, GoHighLevel CRM and third-party automation tools

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads at scale
• Proven lead generation track record (not e-commerce) in sectors such as renewable energy, home services, real estate or B2B
• Leadership experience owning client results and making strategic decisions independently
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills

Required skills

• Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, including Advantage+, scaling and CPL/CPM/CTR analysis
• Conversion tracking, attribution and API integrations
• Landing page optimisation with a focus on CRO
• Nice to have: GoHighLevel CRM, Zapier, Google Ads (Search and Performance Max), solar/renewables experience, multi-location or high-spend accounts
