Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a collaborative Business Analyst to join our Digital, Technology & Data Services team. The role focuses on enhancing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, translating business needs into technical specifications and delivering improvements that boost customer service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to capture business processes, user needs and priorities.
• Analyse, document and convert business requirements into clear functional specifications for Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Work closely with Digital, Technology & Data Services colleagues to support the delivery of CRM enhancements.
• Ensure all CRM developments align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable business benefits.
• Champion continuous improvement, usability and best practice within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on CRM systems.
