Microsoft Modern Workplace Consultant

About the role

We are a fast‑growing Microsoft Partner looking for a Microsoft Modern Workplace Consultant to own end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 projects and help customers adopt Microsoft Copilot. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while delivering solutions to private and public sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complete Microsoft 365 migrations, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Deploy Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for device management.
• Implement security solutions such as Conditional Access, MFA and tenant hardening.
• Conduct customer workshops, health checks and security assessments.
• Support Microsoft Copilot readiness engagements and provide technical scoping for pre‑sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 projects in an MSP or consultancy environment.
• Hands‑on experience with tenant‑to‑tenant migrations, Intune, Windows Autopilot and Azure AD.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, hybrid migrations and Microsoft 365 security.
• Ability to lead customer‑facing workshops and provide clear technical guidance.
