Mid-Level Front End Developer (React) – Mentor Role

About the role

Fancy joining a well‑established organisation where you’ll shape junior talent while building great front‑end products with React. We are looking for a mid‑level Front End Developer to join a busy MI & Application Development team and work alongside a talented junior developer.

Key responsibilities

• Build responsive, maintainable front‑end applications using React and modern JavaScript.
• Integrate with REST APIs and collaborate closely with the back‑end team.
• Pair‑program and mentor a junior developer through code reviews and guidance.
• Help the junior colleague gain confidence speaking with users and stakeholders.
• Translate business user needs into practical, well‑built UI.
• Participate in an Agile Scrum/Kanban team using Azure DevOps.

Required profile

• Solid experience with React (or willingness to work in React).
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and HTML5/CSS3 skills.
• Comfortable integrating REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Git and Agile delivery.
