Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer – TypeScript, Node.js, React, AWS

About the role

We are a small, high‑performing engineering team building agentic AI systems for some of the world’s largest professional services firms. As a Mid‑Level Full‑Stack Engineer you will work on the core foundations – the agents, the user interfaces, and the APIs that connect them – using TypeScript, React, Node.js and AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship full‑stack features in a fast‑moving, startup‑like environment.
• Maintain and refactor production code, ensuring long‑term reliability.
• Build UI components and API services that expose AI agents to end users.
• Collaborate with a cross‑functional team to deliver high‑quality, compliance‑heavy solutions.
• Optionally travel to client sites to demonstrate the product and gather feedback.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proven track record of shipping and maintaining production software.
• Comfortable with a “builder” mentality and rapid iteration cycles.
• Familiarity with test‑driven development (TDD) practices.
• Willingness to work onsite a few days per week (hybrid model).
