Mid-Weight Designer

About the role

Bellrock is looking for a Mid-Weight Designer to join its marketing team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality visual assets that support digital campaigns, commercial proposals and brand‑wide templates. The role sits at the intersection of design, digital marketing and sales, helping to shape how the company presents itself across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce assets for social media, email, and other digital marketing channels, ensuring consistency and visual impact.
• Collaborate with digital and demand‑generation teams to create website and landing‑page designs that deliver a strong user experience.
• Develop and format proposal documents, presentations and sales collateral, turning complex content into clear, professional visuals.
• Create and maintain reusable templates and design systems for presentations, case studies and campaign materials to improve scalability and efficiency.

Required profile

• Mid‑level designer with a strong focus on execution and quality.
• Passionate about delivering modern, commercially effective design across digital and business‑critical outputs.
• Ability to work closely with demand‑generation, digital and commercial teams in a fast‑moving environment.
