Mid-Weight Designer

About the role

Sciensus is looking for a Mid-Weight Designer to join the Brand & Marketing team. You will work hybrid, spending two days a week in our Paddington office, creating high‑quality visual assets that support business growth and brand development across a range of channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create Word‑based proposals and documents with professional formatting and layout.
• Develop social media assets, primarily for LinkedIn.
• Produce video content, motion graphics and animations for digital channels.
• Design exhibition stands, print materials and event collateral.
• Create medical and scientific posters that present complex information clearly.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency across all outputs.
• Manage external design and print suppliers, overseeing quality, timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, commercial and clinical teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a design role, preferably within a regulated environment.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
