Midweight Designer

About the role

Join a multidisciplinary creative studio in London, working hybrid, to help leading organisations tell their stories through brand, campaigns, digital, content, events and experiences. The role is for a Midweight Designer with 3‑6 years of agency experience, combining strong conceptual thinking with excellent craft.

Key responsibilities

• Design distinctive brand, campaign and communication assets across multiple channels.
• Generate strong, campaign‑ready ideas and translate them into well‑crafted designs.
• Interpret complex business narratives into creative visual solutions.
• Present and articulate design concepts confidently to colleagues and clients.
• Commission and brief photographers, illustrators and other creative specialists.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Work across brand, digital, content, film, live events and corporate communications projects.

Required profile

• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, problem‑solving and excellent execution.
• Experience designing brand identities, campaign creative and communication materials.
• Outstanding typography, layout and visual design skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of design craft.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence to defend creative decisions.
• Ability to respond to creative direction while taking ownership of projects.
• Curious mindset with the ability to ask insightful questions.
• Experience briefing creative partners such as photographers and illustrators.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Collaborative, team‑first attitude and proactive work approach.
