Talent Coordinator & Stylist

About the role

Cala, a London‑based end‑to‑end production agency for hospitality photography and film, is seeking a Talent Coordinator & Stylist. This full‑time position blends talent management, wardrobe styling, and production support, helping bring visual stories to life for leading hotel and travel brands.

Key responsibilities

• Source, book, and coordinate models, makeup artists and other talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with talent agencies.
• Manage talent schedules, travel logistics and communications.
• Support wardrobe sourcing, organisation, fittings and on‑set styling.
• Oversee wardrobe storage, inventory and shoot preparation.
• Provide on‑set assistance for talent and styling requirements.
• Collaborate closely with producers, creatives, clients and partners throughout each production.
• Help maintain visual consistency and attention to detail across projects.
• Offer general production support before, during and after shoots.
