About the role
A staffing agency is recruiting experienced MIG welders for a prestigious client based in the Longton area. The client needs welders to help with the manufacture and repair of articulated trailers in a busy industrial environment. The position is full-time, days, in Stoke-on-Trent.
Required profile
- Fully experienced in MIG welding steels up to 12mm thickness
- Ability to weld other materials such as stainless steels and alloys (advantageous)
- Competent with hand and air tools
- Able to read and work from detailed fabrication drawings
- Able to work to demanding deadlines
- Weld test required
Working hours
- Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 5.00pm
- Friday until 12.30pm
- Unlimited overtime available
