About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Lead to drive the next phase of growth for our client’s mobile platform. This permanent, hybrid position is based in the UK with regular meet‑ups in Central London.

Key responsibilities

Define and own the technical vision for the mobile product across iOS and Android.
Lead a small, high‑performing team, expanding from the current two members.
Introduce and integrate agentic AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.
Collaborate with the wider technical department to enforce best practices and ensure reliable product delivery.

Required profile

Proven hands‑on experience in mobile development using both Swift and Kotlin.
Demonstrated leadership or management experience in a development team.
Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
