Mobile Site Operations Manager – Exterior Building Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Site Operations Manager to lead the delivery of exterior building maintenance projects across London and beyond. You will act as the operational hub, ensuring that façade restoration, cleaning and related works are carried out safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets and schedules for multiple exterior maintenance sites.
• Lead and supervise specialist subcontractor teams, coordinating daily activities on‑site.
• Champion health and safety by delivering training, monitoring compliance and implementing proactive risk controls.
• Resolve operational issues, provide timely solutions and escalate when necessary.
• Produce regular progress reports, productivity metrics and client satisfaction updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing external building fabrics and maintenance works.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple sites simultaneously.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
