Money Adviser (Hybrid/Remote) – £27k‑£30k

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our new telephone and digital Money Advice team, delivering FCA‑regulated advice to people facing debt problems across England and Wales. Both fully trained advisers and trainees are welcome, with a comprehensive learning plan provided.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, personalised money advice to clients in financial difficulty.
• Manage casework covering a range of money‑advice issues, including income maximisation.
• Contribute to service development and maintain quality standards.
• Support social policy initiatives and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathetic, non‑judgemental approach to clients.
• Strong administrative abilities and commitment to performance targets.
• Willingness to learn new digital systems quickly.
