Money Adviser – Hybrid/Remote (UK)

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our new telephone and digital Money Advice team, delivering FCA‑regulated advice to people in debt across England and Wales. Both experienced advisers and trainees are welcome, with full training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, FCA‑regulated money advice and casework to clients in financial difficulty.
• Support income maximisation and help clients manage debt.
• Contribute to service development and maintain case records.
• Collaborate with the team to meet performance targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathetic, non‑judgemental approach.
• Strong IT and digital aptitude, quick learner of new systems.
• Commitment to meeting performance targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office IT tools.

• Permanent contract with a salary of £27,263‑£29,806 per annum (pro‑rated).
