About the role
We are seeking a Mortgage Adviser to join our team covering Cheltenham and Tewkesbury. The role offers a steady flow of leads and generous commission splits while you work with a network of introducers across the South Coast.
Key responsibilities
- Provide mortgage advice to clients on a whole‑of‑market basis.
- Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Collaborate with introducers in Eastbourne, Brighton, Portsmouth and Poole.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Utilise exclusive mortgage products to meet client needs.
Required profile
- Minimum 18 months proven experience in mortgage and protection advice.
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
- Ability to work independently and build relationships with introducers.
