Key responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of warm, pre‑qualified clients and convert leads into successful mortgage deals.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice with assistance from the back‑office team.
• Conduct fact‑finds, recommend suitable mortgage solutions and ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers, clients and colleagues.
• Collaborate with management and contribute to a positive, energetic office culture.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification.
• Strong telephone sales or client‑facing experience (estate agency, property, financial services, insurance, or similar).
• Target‑driven, commercially minded and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in an office setting.
