About the role
Join a client‑focused mortgage brokerage in the South West as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser. The position is hybrid, offering flexible hours and the chance to work with market‑leading technology while serving new and existing clients in the Bristol area.
Key responsibilities
- Provide mortgage and protection advice to a portfolio of clients.
- Manage leads supplied by the brokerage and convert them into successful applications.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Achieve on‑target earnings of £75,000+ through sales performance.
- Collaborate with the management team for ongoing training and support.
Required profile
- Previous experience in mortgage advice is advantageous.
- CeMAP qualification or an equivalent credential is essential.
- Strong client‑focus with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
