Mortgage Adviser – Hybrid role in Glasgow

About the role

We are seeking two experienced Mortgage Advisers to join an award‑winning brokerage in Glasgow. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work from home while attending the office one day per week, with the option to work on‑site full time if preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional mortgage advice to clients and guide them through the application process.
• Manage mortgage applications, liaise with lenders and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilise supplied leads and handle all administrative tasks performed by the support team.
• Optionally generate protection business or refer it to the dedicated protection team.
• Maintain a client‑first approach and contribute to the firm’s high service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience working as a Mortgage Adviser.
• Ambitious, driven and focused on delivering excellent client service.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
