Mortgage Adviser – Hybrid Working – Self‑Employed

About the role

Finlink Ltd is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join its growing team on a self‑employed basis. You will work from a partner estate‑agency office in Newbury, combining warm leads with full administrative and compliance support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop mortgage and protection solutions for clients using the firm’s whole‑of‑market platform.
• Convert warm, pre‑qualified leads into successful mortgage applications.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with the estate‑agency partner to maximise lead conversion.

Required profile

• Proven track record of writing mortgage business.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently within a hybrid office model.
• Willingness to focus on mortgage and/or protection products.
• CeMap qualification or equivalent.

Required skills

• CeMap (or equivalent) certification.
