Mortgage Adviser – Hybrid Working – Self‑Employed (OTE up to £65k)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our established mortgage and protection business on a self‑employed basis. Working hybrid from our High Wycombe office and partner locations, you will receive warm leads and full administrative support so you can focus on writing mortgage and protection business.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a self‑employed mortgage broker, converting warm leads into completed mortgage or protection deals.
• Maintain client relationships and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Utilise the firm’s estate‑agency partnership network for lead generation.
• Collaborate with the admin and compliance teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Attend the office 2‑3 days per week and travel to nearby offices as required.

Required profile

• Proven track record of writing mortgage business.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• CeMap qualification or equivalent.
• Estate‑agency experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
