About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our award‑winning brokerage in Liverpool. The position operates on a hybrid model, allowing you to work both from our office and remotely while serving a high‑volume client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a steady flow of mortgage leads generated by the firm.
• Provide end‑to‑end mortgage advice, from initial assessment to product recommendation and completion.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, lenders, and partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the firm’s growth objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser, preferably within a brokerage environment.
• Strong understanding of UK mortgage products and lending criteria.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Mortgage advisory expertise.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., FCA).
