Mortgage Adviser – Remote (Scotland)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join a leading, award‑winning mortgage brokerage based in Scotland. The role is primarily remote, with occasional visits to the office, and offers the chance to work with high‑quality leads and a full‑market product range.

Key responsibilities

• Provide whole‑of‑market mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs.
• Assess client financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Manage and follow up on leads supplied by the brokerage.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Attend occasional office meetings or training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
• Client‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Hold the CeMAP qualification or an equivalent certification.
