Mortgage Advisor – Fully Remote (UK)

About the role

Join Mojo’s innovative FinTech platform as a Mortgage Advisor, working fully remote from anywhere in the UK. You will focus on delivering high‑quality mortgage advice while the company handles admin, lender chasing and packaging, allowing you to stay in the "Advice Zone".

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients and maintain a high‑velocity submission rate.
• Submit mortgage applications promptly and meet key performance indicators to secure commission at submission.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification with a clean regulatory record.
• Minimum 18 months of active mortgage advising experience with a proven high‑volume track record.
• Tech‑fluent mindset, comfortable using AI tools and data‑driven workflows.
• Ambitious, data‑literacy and a desire to move away from traditional broking methods.
• Strong customer focus, able to build instant rapport and uphold a 4.7/5 Trustpilot rating.
