Mortgage Advisor – Hybrid (Banbury/Bicester)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our established mortgage and protection business on a self‑employed basis. Working from our Banbury office (with occasional travel to nearby sites), you will benefit from a hybrid model that provides warm leads and full administrative support, allowing you to focus on writing mortgage and protection business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert warm mortgage and protection leads supplied by the firm.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with estate‑agency partners and attend their offices as required.
• Maintain accurate client records and liaise with lenders.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage journey.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a mortgage advisor or broker.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• CeMap qualification or equivalent certification.
• Estate‑agency experience is a benefit but not mandatory.

Required skills

• CeMap certification (or equivalent).
