Mortgage Advisor – Hybrid (Oxford, Headington)

About the role

Finlink Ltd is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join its Oxford (Headington) office on a hybrid basis. You will work with warm, pre‑qualified leads and receive full administrative support, allowing you to focus on writing mortgage and protection business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of warm mortgage leads generated through the firm’s estate‑agency partnerships.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients, matching solutions to their individual needs.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the admin team to maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
• Attend occasional travel to nearby offices as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a mortgage advisor or broker with a strong track record of business generation.
• Ability to work independently while leveraging provided leads and support.
• Willingness to work 2‑3 days per week onsite in the Oxford office.
• Estate‑agency experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• CeMap certification or equivalent qualification.
