Mortgage Advisor – Hybrid (Oxford/Witney) – OTE up to £65k

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our Oxford‑based team on a hybrid, self‑employed basis. You will receive warm, convertible leads and full administrative support, allowing you to focus on writing mortgage and protection business and achieving an OTE of up to £65,000.

Key responsibilities

• Work as a mortgage broker, converting warm leads into completed mortgage or protection deals.
• Maintain client relationships and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Collaborate with our estate‑agency partners and travel to nearby offices when required.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven track record of strong mortgage business generation.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Estate‑agency experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• CeMap certification or equivalent qualification.

Required skills

• Mortgage broking.
• Protection product knowledge.
• CeMap certification (or equivalent).
