Mortgage Advisor – Hybrid Role with Leads & Admin Support

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team in Godalming on a hybrid basis. You will receive warm leads from our estate‑agency partners and full administrative support, allowing you to focus on writing mortgage and protection business.

Key responsibilities

• Work with warm leads generated through estate‑agency relationships.
• Write mortgage and protection policies for clients.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with the admin team to ensure smooth processing.
• Travel to nearby offices as required.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a mortgage advisor.
• Experience in mortgage and/or protection sales.
• CeMap or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• Estate‑agency experience is a benefit but not mandatory.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary up to £35,000.
• Up to £4,000 validation bonus plus 10‑15% commission on all business written, no cap.
