About the role

The Offshore Lending Manager will support the Deal team in delivering origination, structuring and execution of Energy and Infrastructure Finance Debt Solutions. This role focuses on providing exceptional client experience through high‑quality lending services.

Key responsibilities

Act as first line of defence, ensuring quality control and risk management.
Originate, fulfil and maintain lending deals, matching suitable products to client needs.
Support the Business Development Manager in structuring credit applications and creating compelling motivations.
Drive timely turnaround of applications in line with service level agreements.
Upskill BDMs by sharing credit knowledge and expertise.

Required profile

Post‑graduate degree in Business or Commerce.
5‑7 years of lending experience, including general banking and credit exposure.
Strong understanding of lending value proposition, delivery strategy and banking practice codes.

Required skills

Deal appraisal and negotiation.
Economic research and financial analysis.
Local market knowledge.
Strategic planning and reporting.
