Mortgage Advisor

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning independent mortgage brokerage, is expanding its team of Mortgage Advisors. You will work with an existing portfolio of high‑net‑worth, adverse and buy‑to‑let clients, selling a full range of mortgage and protection products.

Key responsibilities

• Sell mortgage and protection solutions to high‑net‑worth, adverse and BTL customers.
• Research and structure complex mortgage scenarios across high‑street and near‑prime markets.
• Utilise mortgage sourcing platforms such as Tri GOLD to source the best deals.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, providing ongoing advice and support.
• Collaborate with the wider advisory team to meet sales targets and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling a range of mortgage and protection products.
• Fully CeMAP‑qualified or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of high‑street, near‑prime and specialist mortgage markets.
• Experience handling high‑net‑worth, adverse and buy‑to‑let client segments.
• Ability to analyse complex mortgage scenarios and present clear recommendations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mortgage sourcing software, specifically Tri GOLD.

• Competitive basic salary of £30‑35k per year.
• Leads provided and an uncapped OTE of around £70k.
