Mortgage Advisor – Remote & Hybrid, Uncapped Earnings

About the role

Join a fast‑growing network of independent advisers within The Openwork Partnership. As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser you will work remotely or in a hybrid model, delivering tailored mortgage and protection solutions while building your own client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised mortgage and protection advice based on each client’s financial situation.
• Manage the full client journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships and referral partnerships.
• Generate new business through networking, marketing and business‑development activities.
• Ensure all advice complies with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with proven mortgage and protection advisory experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially minded and self‑motivated with a focus on client outcomes.
• Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
