Mortgage Advisor (Remote)

About the role

Join Arun Estates as a Mortgage Advisor working remotely while supporting customers across Kent and Medway. You will receive warm leads, full administrative support and the chance to guide clients through one of their most important financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage advice and tailored solutions to customers.
• Promote Legal & General insurance products to add value.
• Exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with estate agents to generate referrals.
• Proactively contact new prospects and maintain FCA compliance.

Required profile

• CEMAP qualified or equivalent (essential).
• Current CAS status (essential).
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Passion for helping customers find their perfect home.
