Mortgage Advisor – Self‑Employed, Remote, Uncapped Earnings

About the role

Join a fast‑growing network of independent advisers within The Openwork Partnership. As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser you will work flexibly from home or a hybrid office setting, building your own client base while receiving full administrative and compliance support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice based on each client’s circumstances.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, managing cases from enquiry through to completion.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, marketing and business‑development activities.
• Develop referral partnerships and expand your client portfolio.
• Ensure all activities comply with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with proven mortgage and protection advisory experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially minded with a drive to grow a successful client base.
• Self‑motivated, professional and customer‑focused.
• Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
