Mortgage Advisor (Swanley)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our Swanley branch, benefiting from warm estate agency introductions and strong lead generation. The role involves advising customers on mortgage and protection products and managing applications through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on mortgage and protection products.
• Manage mortgage applications from start to finish.
• Develop relationships with estate agency teams to generate leads.
• Generate repeat business and referrals.
• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets while remaining FCA compliant.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification (preferred).
• Previous mortgage advice experience.
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills.
• Motivated by high earnings and professional approach.

• Basic salary £29,000.
