Mortgage Paraplanner – London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Paraplanner to join a high‑performing team in London. You will support Mortgage Advisers with residential mortgage and protection cases, including complex high‑net‑worth client requirements, and contribute to a collaborative environment that values career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client meetings, illustrations, fact‑finds, suitability letters and supporting documentation.
• Submit mortgage applications, liaise with lenders and track cases through to completion.
• Review client documentation and maintain accurate CRM and case records.
• Ensure compliance with AML, regulatory and internal requirements.
• Provide regular updates to clients and advisers throughout the application process.
• Work closely with administration and compliance teams to deliver a smooth client journey.
• Identify referral opportunities across protection and insurance services.

Required profile

• Previous experience in mortgage or protection administration.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Confident communication and a client‑focused approach.
• Experience supporting advisers, mortgage compliance, AML or high‑net‑worth clients is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
