Mortgage Performance & Development Manager & Trainer

About the role

This newly created position will lead the development and performance of mortgage advisors across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. You will combine coaching, onboarding and performance management to raise productivity and compliance standards. The role offers a long‑term career path within a fast‑growing financial services organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured induction programmes for new mortgage advisors.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and performance reviews.
• Improve advisor productivity and protection performance against FCA standards.
• Produce regular performance reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Area Mortgage Managers and senior teams to align development initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Trainer, Performance & Development Manager, Mortgage Adviser, Broker or Coach.
• CeMAP qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
