About the role
We are seeking a motivated Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our Brighton team. You will help clients navigate the home‑buying process while ensuring they have the right protection in place.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess their mortgage and protection needs.
- Provide unbiased advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
- Guide customers through each stage of the home‑buying journey, from initial enquiry to completion.
- Generate new business by sourcing customers and introducers independently.
- Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, lender criteria and regulatory changes.
Required profile
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in mortgage advising.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine people‑focused approach.
- Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage your own workload.
