Mortgage & Protection Adviser

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our Kent team. You will provide specialist advice on a full range of protection products and work closely with mortgage advisers to deliver tailored solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on life insurance, critical illness, income protection and family income benefit.
• Collaborate with mortgage advisers to understand client needs and recommend appropriate protection.
• Ensure all advice complies with MAB’s standards and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships through exceptional service.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in mortgage and protection advisory.
• Strong knowledge of current protection product market.
• High ethical standards and a client‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• CeMAP or equivalent protection qualification (RO5) is essential.
