Mortgage & Protection Advisor (Hybrid, Surrey)

About the role

Our client is a well‑established independent mortgage brokerage seeking two Mortgage and Protection Advisors to join a thriving team in North Surrey. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote, Monday to Friday only. You will work with high‑net‑worth clients and receive warm leads, so you do not need to build your own book.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent mortgage and protection advice across the whole market for residential and buy‑to‑let cases.
• Manage warm, high‑net‑worth client leads supplied by the brokerage, without needing to build your own book.
• Work closely with an in‑house administration team that prepares applications and liaises with lenders, solicitors and estate agents.
• Collaborate with a professional, friendly team to ensure cases progress smoothly to completion.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a mortgage adviser, preferably within an independent brokerage.
• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Willingness to work from a North Surrey office three days a week (hybrid model).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ambitious, driven and a collaborative team player.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary £30,000‑£35,000 per year.
• Car allowance of £200 per month.
• Performance‑linked bonus (£2,000‑£10,000) and uncapped commission with first‑year OTE of £60,000‑£70,000.
