Mortgage & Protection Advisor – Self‑Employed

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join Reliance Financial Services, part of The Openwork Partnership, on a self‑employed basis. You will deliver holistic mortgage advice, build lasting client relationships and benefit from full administrative support while working remotely across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, client‑focused mortgage and protection advice aligned with individual needs.
• Analyse clients’ financial situations to recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.
• Utilise training and support from Reliance Financial Services and The Openwork Partnership.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Promote your services through networking and marketing to grow your client base.

Required profile

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven sales track record.
• Strong communication skills and self‑motivation.
• Ambitious drive to develop a personal business network.
• Good knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
