Mortgage Services Sales Manager

About the role

Join Allen and Harris' Mortgage Services division as a Sales Manager overseeing multiple estate agency brands across Oxfordshire. You will lead a team of Mortgage and Protection Brokers, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, manage and develop a team of 10 brokers across 13 offices.
• Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team exceeds them.
• Produce sales forecasts, attraction and retention plans for senior management.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities, including target setting and performance reporting.
• Maintain compliance with mortgage qualification standards and financial regulations.

Required profile

• Full mortgage qualification and proven experience in financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a sales team.
• Strong commercial awareness and sound judgment.
• Willingness to work in Oxfordshire or commute to the area.
