About the role
Join Allen and Harris' Mortgage Services division as a Sales Manager overseeing multiple estate agency brands across Oxfordshire. You will lead a team of Mortgage and Protection Brokers, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, manage and develop a team of 10 brokers across 13 offices.
- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team exceeds them.
- Produce sales forecasts, attraction and retention plans for senior management.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day activities, including target setting and performance reporting.
- Maintain compliance with mortgage qualification standards and financial regulations.
Required profile
- Full mortgage qualification and proven experience in financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a sales team.
- Strong commercial awareness and sound judgment.
- Willingness to work in Oxfordshire or commute to the area.
