MOT Tester – Automotive Service Technician

About the role
We are looking for a qualified MOT Tester to join Halfords in Tiverton. You will perform MOT tests, diagnostics, repairs and servicing while ensuring high standards of customer service and vehicle safety.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out MOT tests in accordance with legal standards.
- Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine servicing and light maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service and safety advice.
Required profile
- Current MOT Testing Licence.
- Full UK driving licence with fewer than 9 points.
- Team‑player with willingness to assist in workshop duties.

What we offer
- Base salary £38,000 per year plus uncapped bonus (average £6,200), up to £44,200 OTE.
