Multi Skilled Electrician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Multi‑Skilled Electrician to join a leading facilities management provider on a prestigious local council contract in London. The role involves delivering high‑quality electrical maintenance and installation services across commercial and residential sites.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations from small jobs to large commercial/industrial projects.
• Perform planned, reactive and remedial maintenance on single‑ and three‑phase systems.
• Work with LV distribution, containment (trunking, tray, conduit), final circuits and terminations.
• Conduct fault finding, testing and inspection in line with BS7671/IET Wiring Regulations.
• Liaise professionally with clients and stakeholders and complete job documentation accurately.
• Diagnose technical issues, source required parts and adhere to strict health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• City & Guilds Level 3 (2357 or equivalent) and a relevant electrical apprenticeship.
• AM2 qualification and knowledge of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in building maintenance (planned and reactive).
• Full UK driving licence and a valid CSCS/CSR card.
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities.
• Desirable: experience on facilities‑management contracts, high‑voltage awareness, supervisory or gold card certification.
