Multi Trade Operative

About the role

We are looking for experienced and versatile Multi Trade Operatives to join a leading contractor in the Greenwich area. This full‑time, long‑term position offers a competitive salary of £41,300 per year and excellent benefits, with clear pathways for career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance across a range of trades, including plastering, carpentry and plumbing.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship in line with company guidelines.
• Deliver professional customer service while working in tenants' homes.
• Typical tasks: hanging new internal doors, installing skirting and framing, sanitary replacements (bath frameworks, boxing, panels), tiling, tap overhauls and replacements, and toilet overhauls (syphons, inlet valves, etc.).

Required profile

• Core experience in plumbing, carpentry and plastering; additional trade skills are welcomed.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (maximum six points).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• At least two work references will be required.
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
