Multilingual Customer Care Advisor – French Speaking

About the role

Join JD Group as a Multilingual Customer Care Advisor and represent the brand across multiple channels. You will use your French language skills to provide fast, friendly, and effective support to customers before and after they place orders.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound contacts via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Resolve product‑related questions, issues and complaints throughout the order lifecycle.
• Take telesales orders, set clear delivery expectations and process payments.
• Provide technical assistance to customers navigating the website.
• Communicate product information and guide customers toward informed purchase decisions.
• Manage written correspondence, record contact reasons and perform general administrative tasks.
• Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
• Explain processes and procedures clearly when deviations occur.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service environment is desirable.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in challenging situations.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative problem‑solver with a forward‑thinking mindset.
• Understanding of confidentiality requirements and relevant legislation.
• Adaptable to fast‑changing systems and processes.
• Flexible availability to support a 24/7 operation.
• Strong judgment, positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
