Multi‑Site General Manager

About the role

As a Multi‑Site General Manager you will lead several fitness and wellbeing clubs, ensuring they operate efficiently and profitably while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the steward of the brand, driving commercial success and fostering a culture of health and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple club locations and assume full profit‑and‑loss responsibility.
• Implement and champion brand values of independence, enterprise, passion and caring.
• Motivate and develop teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Resolve financial, sales and people‑management challenges across sites.
• Introduce new operational and sales strategies to enhance performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing teams, driving sales and handling P&L for multiple locations.
• High levels of drive, integrity and a commitment to transparency and fairness.
• Passion for fitness, healthy lifestyles and their impact on wellbeing.
