Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Technician to join Dove & Hawk in London. The role involves day‑to‑day operation and upkeep of mixed‑use property portfolios, ensuring communal areas, offices and event spaces remain safe, compliant and presentable.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive building maintenance, including fabric repairs, decorating and making‑good works.
• Perform minor electrical and mechanical tasks where competent.
• Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and routine inspections.
• Conduct health‑and‑safety and compliance checks, reporting any issues.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors and suppliers, managing on‑site activities.
• Maintain accurate job records using company systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in building services, property maintenance or a similar environment.
• Multi‑skilled with strong practical maintenance abilities.
• Good understanding of health & safety and building compliance.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Well‑organised, reliable and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Monday.com (or similar project‑management software).
